Creative Operations Program Tracker
A self-directed prototype showing how a live program tracker, wired directly to an AI assistant, surfaces open tasks and follow-ups automatically — built to test an idea grounded in real creative operations experience.
A self-directed prototype in AI-assisted program visibility — a live tracker wired directly to an AI assistant so status surfaces automatically instead of getting compiled by hand.
Creative and marketing teams lose real time in status meetings hunting for a simple answer: where does this actually stand. I built this on my own time to test something — could a live program tracker, wired directly to an AI assistant, surface that answer automatically? Open tasks, priorities, unresolved follow-ups. No one compiling a status update by hand.
How It Was Built
- Grounded in the stakeholder and leadership needs I managed for years running creative ops at Truckstop — applied here, not reinvented from scratch.
- A short brief and wireframe of the function before any tool work started.
- A working board built in Monday.com, connected to a Claude project through Monday's MCP integration.
- Refined through real use — adjusting fields and views based on what I actually needed to see each week.
Seeing It Work
The number that matters in a tracker isn't the task count. It's knowing what's stuck, and on whom. The AI layer here is built to catch exactly that — a follow-up flagged directly on an item, instead of surfacing only in a status meeting.

Background
This prototype extends the same approach I used running creative ops at scale at Truckstop: one shared source of truth for where work stands, who owns it, and what's blocking it — rebuilt here with modern AI tooling, on my own initiative.

The same integration scales past daily digests — leadership rollups, campaign reporting, and dashboards built for a specific audience are the same pattern, pointed at a different question.
